Restifa & Partners are proud to announce the completion of the site works for the subdivision of 4 super lots, two village park lots and 5 public roads at the Tallawong Station, Rouse Hill, NSW.

This is the first stage of the Tallawong Town Centre, approved by the Land Environment Court and comprises some 1210 car parking spaces, 14,000sm of retail /commercial and 710 apartments across the 4 lots which will be built in over 6-8 stages.

Concurrently, Restifa & Partners are excited to announce that, an application to the Minister of Planning was submitted to have the site rezoned as a TOD development, and declared by the Minister to proceed with a SEARs application , which is currently in progress for 1800 parking spaces, some 25,000sqm commercial and retail hub, and approximately 1250 apartments inclusive of 5% affordable housing immediately adjoining the Tallawong North West Metro Station.

On completion this project will provide substantial housing increase to the local precinct and to the wider Sydney Metropolitan Area of the North West.
