Works have now commenced on the refurbishment of S. Antonio da Padova Village, Ryde. The facility is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional living environment for its residents and to maintain this commitment they have initiated a program to refurbish the common areas, residents’ rooms, and ensuites of the existing home. Additionally, they are creating a new shaded outdoor area that will include a sensory garden.

Restifa and Partners have played a crucial role in this project. We have been responsible for overseeing the initial design and requirements, obtaining approvals from relevant authorities, and managing the tendering and delivery of the works. Importantly, these efforts have been carried out while ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the Nursing Village.
