Following extensive negotiation with local authorities the Development Application to expand Kambah Village shopping centre in Canberra has been lodged. Restifa & Partners were engaged to manage the design of the upgrade and provide critical retail advice to ensure the proposal would be viable as a retail development, as well as ensure the supermarket tenant was being provided the best possible space for a full line offer. The Application has been extremely well received by the local community, many of whom had petitioned the minister for an upgrade.
