Club Marconi Independent Living Apartments
Restifa & Partners are proud to announce approval of the first stage of the 20 year Master Plan for Club Marconi, Bossley Park.
The approved DA proposes 93 Independent Living Units apartments, a new basement members carpark for 673 spaces, and 125 secure seniors private parking.
The state of the art $ 80.0 mil project also includes an all-day in-house restaurant, allied health facilities, private extensive landscaping, solar panels for energy efficiency, medical services, media/cinema rooms and gymnasium for residents to participate in communal activities. Incorporated in the approval is landscaping of the club frontages thereby improving the club presentation extensively to the public domain.
The Independent Living Units will contain high quality finishes and range from 87sm to 123sm in size.
Restifa & Partners have guided the club over the last 4 years, as Project Managers for the first Phase of the Master Plan, in achieving consent for:
* Site Compatibility Certificate from Department of Planning.
* Class 4 LEP Court Decision to allow Seniors Living on the Club site at Bossley Park.
* Class 1 DA approval for 93 ILU seniors apartments.
Not only do the approvals increase the site value but will allow the Club to diversify its future financial viability and will continue their historical positive contribution in the community and assist in providing a vibrant recreational and entertainment destination for the local aging population.
