Restifa and Partners were engaged to Project Manage the upgrade of a 1960s era commercial building in Kippax St, Surry Hills. The key objective was to modernise an aging building and offer updated and attractive commercial space and street retail within the fast-paced and vibrant commercial heart of Surry Hills.

Restifa & Partners were able to increase the lettable area of the commercial plates and provide additional facilities which allow the building to meet 21st century expectations, such as rooftop communal break out  and recreational spaces, and end-of-trip facilities. Further to this we also upgraded the building life safety by bringing Building Code compliance requirements to current standards, making sure the building is safe for occupants well into the future.

Despite COVID-19 interruptions and lockdown restrictions, the project finished with program and on budget.
