San Antonio Da Padova Nursing Village is a not for profit aged care facility in the Sydney suburb of Ryde, which is funded and run entirely by the Italian community.  San Antonio Da Padova Nursing Village requested Restifa & Partners to manage alterations to meet the changing needs of the existing facility which included a kitchen refurbishment, new high-care lounge, an enclosed rooftop terrace, and a new glass elevator at the interior courtyard to meet new requirements in the aged care industry

Restifa & Partners’ involvement included overseeing initial design, consultant coordination, Council & Authority Approvals, tendering and delivery of the works within the existing and operating nursing home environment.

The work was required to be completed whilst maintaining safety and security to all staff and residents within an operating nursing home facility.

Despite the COVID-19 interruptions and lockdown restrictions, the project finished within the allocated timeframe and on budget.
