Restifa & Partners were commissioned by Woolworths’ development arm to redesign and deliver a new free standing local shopping centre in the coastal town of Tura Beach, NSW. The brief involved new planning approvals, amending a design to suit their newly developed Style Guide. We were able to fully integrate the new design on this project while still maintaining the overall project budget.

Working closely with local contractors we managed to deliver all stages of the development in one line, adding a Retravision mini major and a Woolworths Petrol to the Supermarket and 8 specialty shops. The project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
