The project brief was to provide a Multi Purpose Hall, in accordance with the Building the Education revolution requirements. A new 750sqm hall, combined with a 75sqm refurbished amenities was constructed on the college grounds.The inclusion of a high level of finishes complemented the iconic scenery from the College’s high level vista over the ocean

The project involved construction over an existing high level podium playground, whilst maintaining an operationally working  college This ambitious development would never have been possible without Restifa & Partners’ ability to provide design and construction implementation strategies that were beneficial to the college .
