Hills Super Centre

Retail Development

Restifa & Partners were initially approached by our clients to assist with obtaining a difficult Development Approval for the expansion to a small bulky goods centre in the rapidly expanding Castle Hill trading zone. Using our strength in this field we achieved approval to expand the existing centre and provide an additional 21,000sqm GLA, including an 8,500sqm Harvey Norman and 32 Specialty Homemaker stores.

The next stage of expansion began planning immediately following the completion of the North Building, and the South Building was completed providing a further 28,000sqm of Homemaker stores including Domayne, Officeworks and Toys R Us, as well as 37 specialty stores

Re-branded as the Hills Super Centre after completion, this development has shaped the standard for this form of retailing in Australia by altering the perceptions of how a Homemaker centre can combine disparate uses to create a stronger asset.
