Chullora marketplace is a sub regional shopping centre in the heart of Sydney’s west. In 1995 Restifa & Partners were responsible for the ambitious redevelopment of  the centre which added 50 new specialty tenants in front of an Existing Woolworths and Big W without any loss of trade over 16 months of construction.

Following 15 years of strong trade the centre underwent a further transformation, bringing it solidly into the new millennium with a total internal and external facelift, as well as adding an Aldi, Reject Shop, and 150 new underground parking spaces.

During the course of redevelopment in 2012 Restifa & Partners were faced with the hurdle of a builder going into voluntary administration. Through careful negotiation we were able to complete the construction within the original program and budget.
