Bermagui Woolworths is a small format Supermarket and BWS, built in the coastal town of Bermagui, NSW. On this project Restifa & Partners were engaged by the builder to act as design managers, and assist them in developing the tender documents into a comprehensive set of construction plans. As part of this role we also took on negotiations with Council to obtain construction approvals. Restifa & Partners were able to achieve good design solutions to some complex problems which benefitted the builder and the developer while providing Bermagui a much needed retail facility.
