The project brief was to provide a fresh food based shopping centre in the middle of the Bathurst CBD. A new 4200sqm Woolworths supermarket, combined with a 1000sqm Harris Farm anchored this idea. The inclusion of key tenants Best and Less, Dick Smith, and The Reject Shop, as well as 42 specialty tenants, positioned the centre as the prime shopping location in Bathurst.

The project involved the purchase of council carpark land, and this ambitious development would never have been possible without Restifa & Partners’ ability to form relationships with local Councils to provide mutually beneficial developments. The Council land was replaced with a 2 storey underground carpark, providing over 600 new car parking spaces in the centre of Bathurst.
