The Aspley Village project involved demolishing an older style neighbourhood shopping centre while retaining the existing 2 child care centres and medical centre. A new single level retail centre was built, with a focus on fresh food and everyday services. The centre created a precinct for after hours dining with a wide entertainment terrace, as well as a new 3000sqm medical centre which included hydrotherapy pools suspended above the retail centre. 

The new 13,000sqm centre houses a new full line Coles supermarket, as well as 25 specialty tenancies and Medical centre. Convenient access to the retail, medical and child care centres is provided by way of 480 under cover car parking spaces.
