The Land & environment Court has recently granted consent for the Concept plan and Stage 1 DA of Tallawong Town Centre. The development sits to the north of Tallawong Station, which is the final stop on the new North West Metro line.

Tallawong town Centre near Rouse Hill will provide over 700 new apartments and over 14,000 square meters of new Retail over 4 stages, forming the heart of this new suburb. Restifa & Partners have coordinated the design and approval process, and we look forward to moving into delivery of the first stages.
